I’m Wangui, a UX and product designer who is driven by humanist values to solve problems.

I design for environments where information is the difference between growth and loss. Over the last 5 years, I have focused on two core pillars: preparing large-scale and smallholder farmers for market success through predictive analytics, data-driven best practices and building asset-protection systems for pastoralist communities. I translate massive datasets into tools for resource management and risk mitigation, ensuring the livelihood of the user is served by the technology, whether they’re navigating a grazing route or annotating data for autonomous transit.
